Natural help for Depression

This testimonial comes from a client we have been working with over the last 12 months.? We?ve worked with Nancy, her husband James, daughters Emily and Chloe, all their dogs, horses and cattle.? This is a family that has embraced the natural healing for their whole life.? Although James has been reluctant to take it all on, Nancy has shown him over and over how effective the remedies are and in particularly the healing plans.? James now recommends to people he meets to contact us.? He says ?I don?t know how it works but you need to contact Eric & Cathy at Heal with Ease?, with absolute certainty that we can help.

Nancy?s family live near Gresford in NSW and over the last few months they have lost a few high school students with suicide. ? Her testimonial that follows is from her heart.? It comes from her experiences with Depression and the sadness she and her friends in town feel from the loss of these young people.

When I spoke with her today (15 September 2012) she said that she hopes to get across a message of hope for people struggling with depression.? Then she said, ?If it doesn?t get that message across, send it back because that is the message I need to share?.?

Eric and Cathie Tighe are more than HEAL WITH EASE, they are love beyond words to me. I came across them when things could not have been worse. They have given my family and I a future because at one point we were only just surviving on a day-to-day basis.

I had terrible depression and anxiety and was struggling with daily life. With 6 healing plans and the endless support that these two people give I have gone where I have not even imagined.

Depression has become normal in our society today and my experience with HEAL WITH EASE is that it does not have to be. We are told that yes you have depression and go and see someone if you have the courage and while you are at it take these pills as well and when you feel alright stop if you can and then move on because we are so busy.

Depression is something that can slowly take over one?s life without the individual becoming fully aware of the consequences before it is to late. It becomes a bad habit that you are unable to stop. You know the thoughts and the behaviour are not right but the habit is too strong to break. It becomes a never-ending circle of repetitive negative behavioural patterns.

I now believe there is a difference between being able to change and not having the ability to change. If the body is so overloaded with baggage how can you expect it to cope with the everyday living it is expected to do. It can?t, it goes into overload and this is where you start to see symptoms of disease and general health start to deteriorate (mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually).

In the society in which we live the expectations have become so great that we need to stop and take care of ourselves. This is one reason why I believe in Eric and Cathie so much as they give you back the opportunity to be who you are. The remedies included in the healing plans release the build up of toxins in your body so your being can get on with living. If you are worried about the cost- go and calculate what you spend on all the extras in your life that have no impact on your health. Try and put it into perspective- do you want quality of life or do you just try and stay afloat.? My experience with HEAL WITH EASE is that your life can be so much more if you take the guidance Eric and Cathie give and follow through with the recommended plans. . They will get your life back, the journey may not be easy and fast but the end results will change your life forever.

Can you put a price on your total well-being? I do not believe we can. Every life is so valuable so instead of adding to the overload why not try and unload with a holistic treatment that is easy to use with only added benefits and no health risks.? Nancy Dent, Gresford, NSW.
