TO ENSURE the steady flow of donations for victims in calamities, former President and now Pampanga Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo filed a measure granting tax relief to corporations and individuals.
The former President and her son, Camarines Sur Representative Diosdao ?Dato? Arroyo, filed House Bill 5104, which seeks to exempt multinational corporations and individuals to give huge sums to organizations that help calamity victims without having to face a hefty sum for donor?s tax.
