Internet Marketing Tips | SEO Web Help

Small businesses have longed tried to compete with the bigger companies in the Internet marketing realm. How does one get noticed in the churning flow of information on the Internet?

Lawyers, restaurants, doctors, small construction companies, and many others are all working hard with Internet marketing just to be seen online.

What are some of the ways to help increase their overall outreach on social media and blogs? Let?s say you?re a plastic surgeon (since I have worked with them before), you can have your websites for medical practices created. You can hire a friend to help you with social media. You can follow some of my tips, or even do all three to reach your Internet marketing needs.

As a doctor it might be more difficult to create a buzz around your ?brand or name?. I would likely tell a client to go after a new approach like starting a campaign based on a tshirt design such as:

?Got a face? Get a new look.?

It sounds a little silly, but you could get people to wear the shirt. I would wear one! It?s kind of funny.

Sine you have shirts or stickers, you can post that you?re giving them away, if someone does a RT or shares your post on your social media accounts. First 20 people will get a sticker. Then next week release a post offering a free tshirt if you repost and follow your company online. First 10 people or whatever you can afford, will get a tshirt. Each person may post on their social media accounts about your brand which could get you some more online traffic too.

Create a video about your brand too to help build the awareness. You would be surprised what a video can do to increase your SEO. I recommend using YouTube for the simple fact that Google owns it and if you ever do a search on Google you can often find YouTube videos listed in the SERP (search engine ranking page).

Are there any ideas you have tried or find useful? Please share them in the comments.
