Currently own/live in a single property home in Colorado prior to 2008 at 6.125% fixed 30 year loan-Freddie Mac owned. Remaining balance is at 208k, current zillow home value is at 210k.? I tried going through my current loan servicer, Wells Fargo, to refinance - but they stated that since they were not the originator of the loan - they could not do the refinance.? I am current on my payments?& have excellent credit - does anyone know of a reputable mortgage broker/lender in Colorado that can help me refi through the Harp 2.0 program?
